With “ MC “ make 3sc in each dc side all across.

Without cutting the yarn, make chain of 40, cut yarn.

Attach yarn on the other side of the bandana & make ch of 40, then insert hook in 2nd ch from hook & make sc all across till you reach the sc that you’ve made on each dc side. ( These are the ties of the bandana)

Dc in each st all across till you reach the chain of 40

Sc in each ch all across.

Cut yarn, fasten off & weave in ends.
