From *to* all across till you get to the width ( I.e. shorter side ) of the Shawl, sk next 3sts, make (3dc, ch3, sc) in the 4th st, *ch2, sk next 3sts, make (3dc, ch3, sc) in the 4th st* rep. From *to* all across till you finish the side.] Rep. Twice. Then sl st on the beginning ch3.
Fasten off & weave in ends.
